Farah began practicing yoga in 2018 as a way to de-stress and reconnect with herself. That same year, she completed her first teacher training in Power Yoga in Canada. Since then, she has traveled to India three times, spending several months on each visit to deepen her practice and expand her understanding of yoga.

Her primary practice is Ashtanga yoga, and she has trained with renowned senior teachers worldwide, including Mark Darby, Kino MacGregor, and David Robson. She has also practiced at KPJAYI in Mysore, India, immersing herself in the traditional lineage of Ashtanga.

Yoga has profoundly shaped Farah’s life, and she is passionate about sharing its transformative power with others. To her, yoga is not just about physical postures—it is a path to self-discovery. She believes the body serves as a gateway to deeper consciousness, offering a profound connection between the mind, breath, and spirit.
