Elina is a certified Jivamukti and Kundalini yoga teacher with over five years of practice. She had developed a deep passion for both methods from the very beginning, and dedicated herself to continuous learning by studying with various teachers from around the world.

In my classes, my goal is to seamlessly blend the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga. I guide my students on a gradual journey through pranayamas, vinyasa, and meditation. To me, yoga represents an infinite path of self-discovery, and this approach allows my students to receive a comprehensive experience that nurtures both their bodies and souls.”
