Elizaveta is a 800 hrs certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher whose journey began in Russia and has now brought her to Dubai. In 2024, she completed her main teacher training in India, spending a full month living in an ashram and studying alongside an international group of teachers — an experience that deeply shaped both her practice and teaching.
Elizaveta continues to refine her path through the Jivamukti apprenticeship program, valuing the method for its clarity, structure, and integrity. Her classes are rooted in both Ashtanga and Vinyasa, where movement and breath flow together, and are enriched with philosophy, meditation, devotion, and mindful listening. She is especially inspired by the way Jivamukti honors the relationship between teacher and student — offering support, guidance, and service throughout the practice.
